Miki joined KIDBOX LLC -- the first kids’ style box offering premiere brands, significant savings and a mission to clothe one million children -- as Chief Executive Officer in September 2016.
From 2014 to 2016, Miki was President, Digital Commerce & Chief Marketing Officer, EVP at Chico’s FAS. She oversaw the Digital Commerce business and Marketing strategy for three distinct brands, Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma Intimates.
Prior to this role, Miki was Chief Marketing Officer at Tory Burch from 2009 to 2014. She was responsible for global Marketing, Public Relations and Ecommerce. Prior to joining Tory Burch, Miki was Senior Vice President of Marketing at Ralph Lauren where she spent nearly eight years developing and leading multi-channel marketing strategy for the retail businesses.
Earlier in her career, she held positions at Limited Too /Tween Brands, Experian North America and McMillan Associates.
An early adopter of digital innovation, ecommerce and multi-channel customer experience, Miki has been actively involved in Shop.org, the digital division of the National Retail Federation, where she completed her fourth term on the Board of Directors as Chairman in 2015 and is now serving as Chairman of the NRF CMO Council. In 2011, Miki joined the Board of Directors for Giggle Inc., a multi-channel baby products and lifestyle retail brand and in 2013, she joined the Board of Directors for Sport Chalet, Inc. (since dissolved due to acquisition). She also served on the inaugural Google Retail Advisory Council.
Miki earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree from Northwestern University. She was recognized in 2011 as one of the “Top Women in Cross-Channel Retail,” in 2013 as one of Brand Innovators “Top 50 Women Brand Marketers,” as one of the “Ten of Tomorrow” by Women’s Wear Daily, and received the “Silver Plaque Award” from the NRF in 2015 for her contributions to the retail industry.

Jennifer is a Marketing Director at Facebook, where she oversees all marketing initiatives for Facebook’s advertising measurement and advertising insights business. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the head of marketing for AdTech (including Atlas and Audience Network) and held roles leading industry marketing, global marcomms, marketing insights and global agency marketing at Facebook. Through these roles, she launched the new Atlas platform, the new Audience Network brand, and built programs and brands such as Facebook IQ, Facebook Studio, and Facebook Awards. Before joining Facebook, Jennifer was a Group Product Manager for Microsoft’s adCenter International business and worked on acquisition marketing at American Express. She’s also held roles as Consultant at Sapient and PwC. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Connie has a track record of building sophisticated marketing capabilities, following her self-built “playbook” to drive major brand and digital transformation for TIAA, AT&T, BearingPoint, The Hartford and MCI. She has built and directed marketing, branding and investor relations programs on a national and global scale, and her board experience spans public and private companies, non-profits and educational institutions.
Connie served on the board of Westchester Group Investment Management Holding Company from 2015 through 2017. She chaired the Audit Committee on the board of Primark Corp. from 1994 through 2000, and was a member of the advisory board of Color Kinetics until the company was sold. Additionally, she served on the board at VeriTeQ (formerly Digital Angel) from 1998 to 2009, and chaired its Compensation Committee.
In the non-profit sector, Connie is on the national board of Make-A-Wish America, as well as the boards for Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts and The Advertising Council. She serves on educational boards including The University of Connecticut Foundation and the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business. She was also a board member for Yale University’s Center for Customer Insights from 2011 to 2015.
Connie holds a B.S. with honors in Textile Science and Marketing from the University of Maryland. She completed the executive financial management program at Stanford University and the global strategic management program at IMEDE (Switzerland). She also completed programs in finance, marketing and strategic planning at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University.
